The photo challenge for the week was ‘Line From a Song’ and used a Billy Joel song for my inspiration.

In our Italian Restaurant

Our Italian Restaurant is now how home thanks to Covid-19, so I grabbed a bottle of red and a bottle of white and some pasta ingredients and this is what I came up with.

I tried several different angles and setups and made the decision on which to use during post processing. One thing I learned from this challenge was to pay attention to details. In several photos the labels weren’t facing the same way, the cans were too close together, or some minor thing that really stands out afterward even though I didn’t notice at the time.

One other line I thought of using was a John Fogarty line, ‘Have you Ever Seen The Rain, Coming Down On a Sunny Day.’
