This challenge had me thinking of my son who is trapped doing his freshman year of high school from home. He should be hanging out with friends and socializing, but due to COVID he has been stuck at home. They are just starting with in school learning and he is excited to see his friends!
We have a new Keeshond puppy, so this challenge allowed me to get out and play. I had my son run with him to get some action and Hank had a great time.
This week I went with the first thing that popped in my head when I saw the challenge was slow shutter, waterfalls! I went for a short drive and got to use my new Benro tripod. I set up with a pool for my foreground and tried to catch some of the creek flowing out of the frame away from the falls.
Had my son sit in a chair in our living room that has pretty decent light. Wanted to get some light on the back of all that hair while still lighting his face, luckily we have 3 windows side by side with plenty of afternoon light.
Our beers matched the colors of the table and solved the problem I was having with what to post this week. Moral of the story is when in doubt take a break and have a beer. Cheers!
